Operation shutdown and malfunctions, reduced operation: The non-use of the ski pass due to poor weather conditions, danger of avalanche, systems failure, closed slopes, unexepected departures, etc. is not valid as a claim for refunds or extensions. Use of the slopes is at one`s own risk. Modification to the operating hours due to snow conditions is reserved.
Reduced tickets: A photo ID is compulsory for purchasing a reduced ticket (Bambini, children, seniors and disabled). There are no further discounts for already reduced tickets.
Foto: A photo is required for the seven-day pass (or longer) as well as the one-year pass.
Key cards: Our card system is exclusively on contact-free data carriers (key card) with a € 5.00 deposit for the key card, per ski pass. The deposit will be returned upon return of the undamaged key card. The key card may be returned at any office ot the Kaunertaler Gletscherbahnen or the tourist office in Hallenbad, at sporting goods stores or hotel receptions. All lift ticket verification is done electronically at all gondolas and the lifts in the skiing area. Single trip tickets for non-skiers are issued as magnetic tickets and must be inserted into the appropriate scanning stations.
Inspection, abuse, exchange and extension: Random inspections are constantly being carried out in the skiing area. Ski passes must be presented to the lift personnel upon request. The ski passes are individually issued and are non-transferable. Any abuse will result in immediate confiscation as well as a fine equal to double the price of the ski pass. We reserve the right to prosecute. Please note that according to the Railway Legal Liability Law, only guests with a valid ticket are isured. It is not possible to exchange one ski pass subsequently for another or to extend or postpone its validity.
Mixed price: A mixed price is calculated for ski passes overlapping seasons.
Refunds for skiing accidents: Refunds for skiing accidents are only possible with passes valid longer than two days, but they not apply to the accompanying person. The refund is calculated from the time the ski pass is handed in and not from the day of the accident. A local physician´s certification must be presented in order to quality for refunds.
Loss: Twoy-day ski passes or shorter will not be replaced. Three-day passes or longer can only be replaced upon presentation of the ski pass´ blocking number (on your receipt) and payment of a € 15.00 processing fee. The value of the key card will not be replaced.
Free choice pass: I.e. 6 in 7 means that within seven days, you can ski on six of them. The last day of validity will be given on your ski pass.
